Budget Billing

Many members like to plan their electric expenses without fluctuating or unfortunate surprises. Budget billing does just that by averaging your actual billing for the previous twelve months into the same monthly charge each month. Budget amounts are recalculated each year in May to reflect your actual usage. To enroll and remain on the program, your account must have a current payment status.
